2012 Food Bazaar Booth Application

The Northern California Cherry Blossom Food Bazaar area is a wonderful fundraising opportunity for local NON-PROFIT organizations.

PROOF NON PROFIT STATUS IS REQUIRED.


2012 Arts and Crafts Booth Application

The Arts and Crafts portion will be located in Buchanan Mall, and on Post St., between Laguna St. and Buchanan St., from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all four weekend days with the exception of the second Sunday in which space will be limited due to the Grand Parade. Therefore, we highly recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. Booth spaces will not be reserved without payment. All booth spaces are first come first served. Booth applications are now closed for 2012. Spaces are all reserved and allocated.
